I started Genevraye Consulting to fill the gap between strategy and execution at scale. We identified three reasons for good ideas not being able to take flight. 1) managerial bandwidth 2) lack of rigour, often due to operational or environmental noise 3) lack of stakeholder buy-in, usually because everyone has different priors regarding achievable results.
